Problem
A SaaS scale-up had recently grown their headcount from 50 employees to nearly 200 employees. New and existing employees encountered challenges navigating Slack efficiently due to a lack of familiarity with shortcuts and channel syntax, resulting in communication inefficiencies. Hence, the need for a Quick Reference Guide arose to aid employees in mastering Slack functionalities for enhanced workplace communication.
Introducing our recent project, the Quick Reference Guide: Slack. This guide was developed to help employees quickly navigate shortcuts in Slack and gain familiarity with common Slack channel syntax, making communication more efficient and seamless within the workplace.
